Rasschaert Advocaten was established by Karin Rasschaert in 2013.

Karin has over 20 years’ experience as an employment, pensions and benefits partner. She advises a client base of both domestic and international companies as well as senior executives on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and HR strategies. She has developed particular experience in social criminal law and the employment law implications which arise from organisational change and development including, outsourcing, TUPE and collective redundancy programmes.

Karin is recommended for employment matters in Legal 500 (2012). She is an experienced litigator and also a Labour Disputes, Family and Commercial disputes Mediator. She is also very closely involved in the training and development of the firm’s junior lawyers.
