Karin

Karin has over 20 years’ experience as an employment, pension and benefits partner. She advises a client base of both domestic and international companies as well as senior executives on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and HR strategies. 

She has developed particular experience in social criminal law and the employment law implications which arise from organisational change and development including, outsourcing, TUPE and collective redundancy programmes. In 2020-2021 she obtained an additional degree in occupational pensions and a certificate as collaborative lawyer.

Karin is an experienced litigator and certified Mediator.

Liselotte Coppens

Liselotte joined Rasschaert advocaten as an employment lawyer in 2018. With a keen interest in social law, she provides guidance on the various aspects of individual and collective employment law. She renders advice on day-to-day employment law challenges and represents clients in a diverse range of proceedings.

She also has a specific interest in (social) criminal law and holds the ‘Supralat – Salduz training’ certificate for providing legal assistance during police interrogations.
